Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
Order Processing
We usually dispatch orders within 1 working day. Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct, because the courier will use them to reach you.
Delivery Time
Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Delivery to remote areas, public holidays and sale periods may take a little longer.
Courier and Tracking
Your parcel is sent through a registered courier company. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Wrong Address or Changes
If you entered a wrong address or phone number, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible so we can fix it before the parcel is delivered.
Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery as explained in our Refund Policy.
