All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, colour or appearance preferences, or orders placed by mistake.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or call 0328-8198726, or email thekilowattlab@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

Once we confirm the issue, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. If the same item is not available, we will contact you to agree on a suitable solution.

What Is Not Covered

We cannot replace items with damage caused after delivery, such as misuse, physical damage or modification. Our products do not come with a warranty beyond the replacement policy described above.

Tip

Test your light soon after it arrives so that any problem can be reported within the 48-hour window.
